I am a domestic and international Information Technology recruiter originally from Germany who is now an Australian citizen. I concentrate on finding IT professionals for companies in Australia and Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, China and Japan) and to some degree in Europe and USA. Domestically in Australia I assist companies hiring local and overseas based candidates. On the international side this frequently involves moving candidates from one continent to another as well as placing candidates in their respective countries.

Being based in Bundall just south of Brisbane I travel regularly to Sydney and Melbourne and when required to overseas locations. I operate through my company with the help of my associates.

On the technical side we provide help desk operators, analyst programmers, business & system analysts, network professionals, system architects, data warehousing professionals, program and project managers. On the consultantancy side we provide ERP (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft), Strategic Change and Customer Relationship Management type candidates.

Your principal consultant, Michael Gabka, has over twenty five years personal hands on recruitment experience gained in senior management positions and company directorships with local organisations and multinational companies. This embraced working in senior management consulting roles as well as having been a long-term General Manager/Director in the IT industry. His business career involved extensive dealings with recruitment consultants over many years and gave him a solid understanding of how a good consultancy organisation should work. The significant recruitment of staff over those years combined with his own background in the recruitment industry over the last few years has provided him with a good insight of how to effectively recruit quality people in the selected marketplace.
